Join Chef Shane for a night of Housemade Pasta with Shrimp & Grits:

After eating this shrimp and grits for the first time, I really can eat no other shrimp and grits. Seared shrimp are served on top of creamy grits with pickled green beans and a generous helping of a chipotle red pepper jus. Since it's against my nature serving a meal without pasta, we'll also be having an appetizer portion of a to be determined ravioli, which will most likely be served in a delicious light broth.
