Join Chef Marie-Laure in a festive Raclette Party:

The rainy season is here! Which means it is time for raclette, my favorite French comfort food to share with family and friends. Hailing from the European Alps, the name comes from the French verb "racler" (to scrape): a mountain dish originally based on heating the half round cheese of semi-firm cow's milk, and scraping off the melted part over potatoes.

You must try it, it's an inherently social eating experience and a lot of fun!
