After a long winter hiatus, Farmhand is back for another delicious feast, and we're super excited to be cooking for you! Winter cooking is a time for comfort foods, which generally means, rich, slowly developed flavors of braises and reductions. But, that doesn't mean we can't find some good things at the farmer's market. Brassicas (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) and chicories both love the damp cool weather of the Bay Area in February. Those, paired with some other great local products are sure the make a delicious feast!
