Come join me in celebrating my love for fresh pasta and meatballs. I'll be making my favorite tomato sauce to go along with it, as well as my other favorite preparation of clams...served in a bright chamomile broth. I'll also be featuring ciccioli (a pork skin terrine) from Boccalone, prepared in the classic Italian style.
