After eating this shrimp and grits for the first time, I really can pay no mind to any other shrimp and grits. Seared shrimp are served on top of creamy grits with pickled green beans and a generous helping of a chipotle red pepper jus. We'll also be having fingerling potatoes that are blanched and then smashed and fried in a duck fat (YAS KWEEN). For an additinal $18, a bloody mary bar with my housemade mix will be fully stocked throughout the meal...come thirsty (maybe hungry too).
