For tonight's dinner I'm showcasing some Indonesian dishes that I make the most in my own home. Recipes and flavors passed down from my grandmother - with some of my own flare added. My hope is after this dinner you will ahve some insight into Indonesia's diverse culinary culture, and become more familiar with flavors that represent my everyday cooking.
We will share a few bottles of sparkling wine, but do also BYOW.
